Scripture:

2 Kings 25:30 - And as for his provisions, there was a regular ration given him by the king, a portion for each day, all the days of his life.

Observation:

Because of God's mercy, the Jews were favored and set free.

Application:

There have been many times in my life when I didn't deserve God's mercy, when I doubted Him and He could have just left me to fend for myself. But He has always been faithful...His presence has never left me...I praise God for His unconditional love. It's still beyond my human comprehension. How in the world can He love me so much?! I am forever grateful! It makes me think of the people in my life and those that I come in contact with everyday...and how I can love & serve them more!

Prayer:

Thank You, Lord, for never leaving my side...Your mercies are new EVERY morning! Thank You for setting me free from myself & for being faithful inspite of my doubt! I know that You see my every move and every thought..and yet You STILL love me...WOW!! I can never thank You enough..I love You with all that I am!
