Scripture:

Go to this people and say, "You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving."

Observation:

After Paul had declared to the Jewish leaders about the Kingdom of God and all about Jesus, some turned away. He quoted what the prophet Isaiah said to the ones that remained. They will someday understand the Gospel.

Application:

When I heard the Gospel, I believed. Thank You, Jesus. I was elated!

Prayer:

Lord, I pray that all that hear the gospel of Christ will repent and give their heart to You. I pray they will live their lives boldly for You and spread the news of Christ so all will be saved. Thank You, Lord, for all that You have done for me. You are the Almighty God, the One and only. I love You, Lord, my Savior and Redeemer.
