Scripture:

Luke 10:22 "All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him."

Observation:

Jesus shows us who the Father is and that through Jesus we know the Father. If we follow Jesus we will be with the Father and will have eternal life.

Application:

Seems so simple and clear. Follow and love Jesus for eternal life. Yet we sometimes become lazy, or forget, or get too wrapped up in ourselves to “follow.” Focus on Him. In Matthew 22 – "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind….and love your neighbor as yourself."

Prayer:

Lord, with all my heart, help me to love my neighbors as You would have me do. Thank You for my family and blessings. Thanks You for Your Son and His sacrifice. In Your holy name I pray, Amen.
